I don't understand why the trial has to continue either? If they had said that the investigation/interrogation has to continue - no probs.

The trail is continuing because..India wants to give free and fair trail to Kasab. I don;t think there is any doubt that he will be hanged
It does not make any sense at all. The trial I mean. If it had been on the other side of the fence, the man would have been dead by now :|
