A woman's best friend
...is also a dog!
I love dogs and I can especially relate to this quote by
Madame de Staƫl
: "The more I see of men the more I like dogs."
Here are some cartoons about dogs...
And here's a ToonBook I created with original photographs of my dog Buddy:

Post-Election toons
These cartoons weren't created with the 'post-elections' phase in mind (more of that coming soon, though!)
They're just older cartoons I dug up because they seem relevant to the post-elections phase....
This last one wasn't created with the
Congress Party
in mind either...
And I really hope that it doesn't come true.
Amen!

On Bad Hair Days
Ever had a
Bad Hair Day
?
I sure do seem to have many of them lately...
Well, in
literal terms
at least!
Update:
Comment
from fellow
blogger
and
tweet-buddy
phoenixritu inspired another cartoon on the subject of Bad Hair Days...
Well, maybe its not so bad to have Bad Hair Days while I still have hair!
(Thanks to phoenixritu for the alternate view!)

Singh is King!
The
results of the Indian elections are out
and as expected the
Congress has won
.
Most people are relieved as this means current Prime Minister Manmohan Singh (aka SMS / Sardar Manmohan Singh) will be PM again for a second term, the
only other PM besides Nehru to have achieved this feat
.
When I first saw the footage of SMS videos being played on news channels with the
'Singh is King'
song in the background, I thought it was quite cheesy and clichƩd. But I've got to admit the phrase does have a nice ring to it especially since our king in question (SMS) does not have any king-ish airs about him.
He's king indeed...
When Bush makes music
Its like the rest of his work!

Meanwhile, I was inspired to create these toons about the whole election scenario...
This last toon was specially created on request to accompany a
blog post
