This one is slightly not to my taste. Did you read about Maldives cabinet holding an underwater meeting? We live in safe places; but think about the people whose homes would be submerged soon if we don't do our bit to prevent global warming. It is going to affect the entire humanity. It is just a time bomb that keeps ticking away.
@the eternal optimist, that's exactly the point behind the cartoon. We are taking it TOO lightly!
hmm...thatz an unresolved issue for me now,been a strong supporter of Kyoto protocol as well as Avaaz petition but a bit cautious now. As a developing country India needs to strike a balance between development and reducing emissions. Developed countries on the other hand can take drastic steps.
