Capt. Anup Murthy said...: Happy Diwali to you as well. Lucky we are in Singapore, Deepavali as it is popular with Indian origin people and expats is a celebration of lights and decorations. Absolutely no fireworks allowed so we can breathe easy. In India next week post Diwali, for 2 weeks, hope the smoke would have cleared! Good appeal in your cartoon, will RT this one too.
