Not in our jeans!

I was shocked to read the news about jeans being banned in women colleges at Kanpur, a move supposedly aimed at protecting women from harassment.

And that's what inspired the following cartoons..





This jean-o-cide makes no sense whatsoever!

    Oh yes! Its the genes & not jeans which is a problem? Had "jeans" been true that how abt women in sarees being ill treated?

    Excellent editorial cartoons, Meera. (Even though I basically got it from the context, I looked up "eve-teasing" on Wikipedia) Great play on jeans/genes. Your work keeps getting stronger.
